What can I buy with my e-Gift Card?

You may use your e-Gift Card to purchase skin care and cosmetic surgery treatments. You may also book a virtual consultation appointment with the card.

Is the e-Gift Card reloadable?

No, the e-Gift Card is not reloadable.

Are there any fees associated with the e-Gift Card?

No, You will only be charged the amount mentioned on the e-Gift Card.

Can I choose the value of the e-Gift Card I want to purchase?

Yes. You can purchase a e-Gift Card of any amount above the minimum purchase amount of ₱1,000.

Can I change the value of a e-Gift Card after I have paid for it?

Unfortunately, the value of the e-Gift Card cannot be changed once the purchase is made.

Can I buy a e-Gift Card for myself?

Yes, you can. Simply enter your email address in the recipient field. Upon completion of the purchase, the e-Gift Card will be delivered to your email.

How do I cancel the purchase of a e-Gift Card?

Once the payment is made, a e-Gift Card purchase cannot be cancelled.
Wilson & Ayache Clinic reserves the right to cancel orders made by unverified and unconfirmed Credit Card accounts.

Can I make partial redemptions?

Yes. You may select how much you wish to pay with your e-Gift Card and pay the remaining amount with another payment option or during another virtual consultation or aesthetic treatment/ procedure.

Can I use the e-Gift Card for Online purchases?

No. You may only use the e-Gift Card for virtual consultations and aesthetic treatments at Wilson & Ayache Clinic.

Can I redeem multiple e-gift cards in a single transaction?

Yes. You may use more than one e-gift car in a single receipt, for aesthetic treatments at Wilson & Ayache Clinic.


How do you prevent the email from getting lost as spam?

We adhere to all industry best practices to ensure successful delivery of the e-Gift Card via email. However, there is still a chance that the email will be treated as spam or the recipient will not notice it in their inbox. If a spam filter is blocking our emails from getting to an inbox, the recipient’s email options will need to be modified so that our emails are not considered spam.

What if I lose the e-Gift Card?

If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your e-Gift Card, contact customer service immediately at e-Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser’s confirmation email as proof of purchase. e-Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
Wilson & Ayache Clinic will not be liable for redeemed e-Gift Cards if they have been stolen. Please do not display your e-Gift Card details online.

What if someone makes a copy of my printed Sephora E-Gift Card and uses it without my authorization?

We will only send the e-Gift Card to the recipient stated upon purchase. You will need to safeguard your e-Gift Card as it has a cash value. The value of e-Gift Card is tied to the purchase order number. Once the e-Gift Card is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the card. If someone makes a copy of your e-Gift Card and redeems the full amount, your e-Gift Card will have no value.

1. How much does a virtual consultation cost?
Each virtual consultation is 30 minutes with either a cosmetic surgeon or a Primary Skin Health Physician/ Aesthetic Medicine Practitioner, and cost P1,000.

2. How do I pay for the virtual consultation?
You may purchase a e-Gift Card at the Wilson & Ayache Clinic Store website ( and use it to pay for a virtual consultation.

3. How do I make an appointment?
You must present your e-Gift Card proof of purchase (A copy of the confirmation email with Order No.). Appointments may be made through the following methods:
a. Contact us directly at the clinic through our Landline at (02) 88466725 or mobile at +63 917 594 5766.

It is best to make an appointment early or at least 24 hours before your preferred date. You will receive a message from the clinic once your appointment has been confirmed. Please contact the clinic through landline or mobile when you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours.

4. What online platform will be used for the virtual consultation?
Virtual consultation platforms are Viber, Facebook Messenger or the Wilson & Ayache Clinic private consultation portal. The physician will contact you via video call or audio call, depending on the preference of patient and physician.

5. What preparations should I make before the appointment?
a. Prepare high resolution photos of your skin concern or area of concern. You will be asked to share this with your physician prior consultation.
b. Ensure that you have good internet connection and your electronic device (computer, smart phone, tablet) has sufficient battery, equipped with camera and microphone.
c. Choose a place that is quiet and well lit (natural light is best). The room must be non-echoing or with good acoustics. The light source must be in front of you and not above or behind you (this will cause your image to be dark and shadowy).
d. For consultations involving the face, it should be clean, without any make-up, sunscreen, moisturizer, or toner. Hair should be tied or pulled away from the face.

6. What will happen if I miss my appointment?
It is best to reschedule your appointment instead of missing it. You will be charged the full amount of the consultation fee which is non-refundable if you fail to notify the clinic and reschedule your appointment at least 3 hours before the appointment. Appointments may only be rescheduled three (3) times, otherwise, it shall be considered used with a non-refundable fee.
