On behalf of the entire Wilson & Ayache Clinic team, we hope that this letter finds you and your family well. The COVID-19 pandemic has created a truly unprecedented situation which affects us all. Our hearts go out to anyone who’s been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. During this time, we want to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Wilson & Ayache Clinic.
As of the moment, for the safety and well-being of our staff and all our patients. Modifications have been adapted to fit in with the “new normal” at our facility to protect everyone against COVID-19.

See you during our modified clinic hours:
Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays from 10AM to 4PM for in clinic procedures.
Wednesdays & Fridays from 10AM to 2PM for virtual consultations.
Patient and clinic personnel safety remains a top priority, hence new normal protocols and patient safety guidelines have been implemented.
We are keeping you protected with the following clinic sanitation measures:
- At the clinic's doorstep, disinfecting footbath matt, contactless temperature check and hand sanitation stations are easily accessible.
- The entire clinic facility undergoes 4 phases of sanitation using medical grade disinfecting solutions, UV light sterilization, fogging decontamination, and state-of-the-art 6-stage air purifying filtration process to decompose and remove bacteria, viruses, allergens and other undesirable components.
- Each treatment room is sanitized in between patients.
- Clinic personnel are equipped with personal protective equipment (PPEs).
